What are your packing terms?
We can use neutral packing for regular orders. For legally registered brands, branded packing can be discussed after the required authorization and order details are confirmed.
What are your payment terms?
Common payment terms are T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery. Product and packing photos can be shared before the balance payment when needed.
Can I get samples before a larger order?
Yes. Sample or trial orders can be discussed for quality checking, model evaluation, and local market testing before larger cooperation.
Can different models or colors be mixed in one order?

Do you test all goods before delivery?
Yes. Finished goods are checked before delivery so the order can be packed and shipped with better quality visibility.
What are your warranty terms?
Warranty terms depend on parts and order agreement. The common reference structure is: motor and frame 24 months, battery / controller / charger 12 months, and other parts 6 months.
Do you provide spare parts support?
For quantity orders, spare parts support can be discussed according to order size, model configuration, and after-sales needs in the destination market.
How do you build long-term cooperation?
